U5: re-tagging 150+ design-functionalism EUs into `ui-ux` is churn and violates [[schema-pack-extension-over-concept-proliferation]]. The gap (leverage rubric = 2/5) confirms this is a consolidation + skill need, not a new-pack need. Panel split the layers:

  • Philosophy (Rams/Bauhaus/less-but-better) → design-functionalism owns it

  • Platform conventions (Apple HIG, 77) → design-functionalism owns it

  • UX practice / usability (Cooper/Krug/Norman/Tidwell/Saffer/Weinschenk, ~58) → coherent discipline, but already extracted

No re-tagging. Gather the existing ~201 EUs into a cross-cut hub (`hub-ui-ux`) as a navigable view. No NEW acquisition needed (gap is small); a future micro-sweep could fill genuine gaps (forms, interaction-states, motion) only if demanded. Apple HIG stays design-functionalism (platform); cross-ref only.

Q4 — Stance + skill

Stance: «don't make me think» (Krug) + «human error is bad design» (Norman) — design for the user's task and mental model; the UX expression of design-functionalism's restraint. Skill: `/runa-ui-review` (Layer-3) — review/design UI surfaces against the corpus with a mandatory usability gate; pairs with `/axona-frontend-design` (builder).
